Job Description for Manager - Application Development - Louisville, Onshore.
We need a Manager - Application Development - On shore, based in Louisville, KY.

Job Responsibilities :-
After Pre-qualification/ROI/Financial implications analysis by V-Soft Sales and Marketing may require the assistance of the Manager- Applications Development as a Subject Matter Expert in prospect situations for Applications Development. This person needs to participate in qualifying and finding out interests of the prospect with respect to Applications Development.
Assist Sales in further qualifying, understanding and scoping the exact project for proposal preparation.
Assess, plan Milestones, Deliverables and Dependencies for Application Development projects.
Help Proposal Writer with Assessing, planning Milestones, Deliverables and Dependencies for Application Development RFPs.
Prepare RFP sections using standardized templates or similar proposals prepared earlier as needed by the Proposal Writer for inclusion in RFP responses.
Plan for, identify and bring on board resources for a project - people, hardware or software. Plan backwards if necessary if a firm start date is needed.
Plan for and conduct Project Kickoff meetings with clients and internal application development people as necessary.
Review and plan for more detailed breakdowns of work and assign them.
Create and maintain an Issue/Defect Tracking location for the project
Coordinate Daily, Weekly, Monthly status calls as necessary bringing in clients as necessary also.
Participate in Hands-On coding activities as necessary.

Required Skills :-
Strong attention to detail.
Advanced HTML and CSS knowledge.
Client-side JavaScript (CSJS) skills and experience.
Process Oriented .
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Excellent communication/presentation skills, both oral and written .
Ability to work with other development and maintenance teams in different countries working towards the same goals.
High energy level, self-motivated, and demonstrates initiative.
