If you have a high energy level with the ability to multi-task, you are the right person to provide administrative and resource support to our Client Services Team as well as take responsibility for maintaining office filing systems and creating client customer & provider packages, data entry into our SAP system and other similar duties as may be required. You will also assist in the distribution of couriers, mail, faxes as well as order supplies. You will also be required to cover receptionist and switchboard duties. You must have excellent English composition and business writing abilities, strong mathematical and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability work in a fast paced environment. Strong proficiency with MS Word, (45 wpm minimum), Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required and a college degree is preferred. Experience using SAP is desirable.
