Job Profile:
A manufacturer of steel and other metal industrial related products is seeking a Quality Manager of Metals for its plant located within reasonable commuting distance of Youngstown Ohio. This includes training plant personnel in basic quality functions, assisting plant management in setting up quality specifications, communicating with customers, suppliers, etc, on product quality and determining new ways of continuously improving quality.
Requirements:
• 5+ years or more of quality assurance experience within a metals manufacturing/fabrication setting.
• 3 years of quality management experience.
• Must have a degree in Materials Science, metallurgy or related degree.
• Must have AS-9100 Quality certification experience.
Salary/Benefits:
