Senior Manager of Finance is needed

Senior Manager
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Finance with extensive prior experience in hotels/resorts, at least five years of which should be at a senior level. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors, the post holder will have responsibility for managing a number of departments including Accounting, HR, F&B, Operations, Maintenance and IT. 

They will be expected to take a hands on approach, leading by example and liaising effectively with people at all levels of the organization. The post holder will be expected to work extended hours including weekends and public holidays to achieve critical deadlines and be accessible 24/7.

The ideal candidate will hold a professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) and have at least
 
5 years post qualification experience at the Senior Management Level including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, cash flow and treasury management, financial auditing. A background within the real estate, hotel/resorts field is essential. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and computer skills are essential and familiarity with Quickbooks and POS systems an advantage.
