The Manager, Trust Services - Barbados will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Trust Services Group within the Personal Trust Department. This includes supervision and guidance of all client relationship teams within the Group, the recommendation and implementation of RBC policies with respect to the operation of the Trust Group, ensuring the daily administration of a portfolio of complex trust structures for high net worth individuals, as well as management and development of staff within the Group. Qualifications:
• Five or more year experience in process automation in one or more of the following:
o Semiconductor or material processing
o Semiconductor fabrication
o Semiconductor packaging and test
o A high volume manufacturing plant
o Experience with MS Office programs is a must have
o Experience with AutoCAD (or other CAD system) is an asset
• Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills
• Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment
