The Manager, Trust Services - Barbados will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Trust Services Group within the Personal Trust Department. This includes supervision and guidance of all client relationship teams within the Group, the recommendation and implementation of RBC policies with respect to the operation of the Trust Group, ensuring the daily administration of a portfolio of complex trust structures for high net worth individuals, as well as management and development of staff within the Group. In addition, this demanding senior role encompasses a joint responsibility with the management team of the department for the achievement of annual financial plans and will play a major role as a member of the Senior Management Team of the Company assisting with the strategic direction of the Company.
