Requirements :-
Good Experience with implementing business intelligence solutions and enterprise reporting, preferably with Microsoft BI solutions, Spotfire or similar enterprise level tools.
OLAP experience, preferably with hands on exposure to SSAS.
Experience with building and managing ODS, data warehouses and data marts.
ETL design and development experience, preferably with SSIS or similar tools.
Experience in data QA procedures and data life cycle management.
Experience with supporting and managing Oracle and SQL Server environments, including operational monitoring and management, performance tuning, replication as well as installation and upgrades.
Good Experience with SharePoint or similar enterprise collaboration tool.
Experience with Oracle RAC and Grid Control is a plus.
Good negotiation skills and ability to effectively resolve conflicting priorities from multiple customers.
Able to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Able to manage and enforce policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in computer, IT, engineering or a related discipline desired or a commensurate level of experience.
At least 5+ years of experience managing extended teams of 4-12 members.
At least 5+ years as a data architect and/or DBA.
At least 4+ years of business intelligence/data warehouse experience in a management capacity.
