For our client we are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Architect Responsibilities: • Lead a variety of teams, mentor and provide technical oversight to CRM consulting teams • Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel • Assist with the development of recommendations and presentations for client engagements • Act as lead in the design and architecture of client solutions and client presentations • Identify issues, define symptoms and recommend solutions • Prioritize your objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting Qualification: • A functional/technical professional with at least 1 full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementations and 4years of industry and/or consulting experience. • An experience enterprise architect with a variety of successful CRM projects delivers • At least 4 years of experience implementing SAP CRM.7.0 • CRM in a Public Sector Environment • CRM Architecture • Working with multiple stakeholders • IC Webclient Configuration • UI Enhancement • BSP • Adobe Forms Integration • Activity Management • Business Transaction Configuration • Email/Calendar Integration • Product Catalogue/Webshop • B2B & B2C • Internet Self Service • Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team • A resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines • Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career • Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel • Strong configuration and design skills • A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree or equivalent • Canadian travel required, occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
