To have wide and deep experience and strong knowledge about Filament and Polyester Stable Fiber production and technology. It’s expected that the proposed personnel shall train, transfer the experience and knowledge, and recommend the Owner in optimization of Plant operation mode and troubleshooting for “off-spec” of the Plant.
